My name is Dawn Adams, and I stand before you as both founder and the daughter of a once incarcerated father. It was hard navigating life’s unique challenges. Zion Girls Leadership and Collegiate Preparatory Academy was born from my heart’s conviction that every daughter—especially those impacted by parental incarceration—deserves not only opportunity, but unwavering support. I created this program to be a place where your daughters are seen, valued, and equipped with the tools to rise. The Board of Directors, Mentors, Advisors, and I are committed to cultivating their leadership, character, and academic readiness within a community that honors both their potential and your trust.
